In order to confirm your reservation we request a deposit.
Up to 3 months prior to arrival there is no cancellation penalty. Subsequent to this time, cancellation conditions as per Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply: less than 3 months prior to arrival 40 %, less than 1 month prior to arrival 70 %, less than 1 week prior to arrival 90 % of the package price. In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance.
