- All rooms are equipped with TV, telephone, W-LAN Internet access, bathing wraps, hairdryer, safe, while most also boast a balcony (Cat. I)

- Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room is 50% of the room rate
- Check-in: between 2 and 8 p.m.
- Check-out: by 10:30 a.m.
- Children’s Discounts: Children up to age 6 staying in parents’ room with two full-paying adults are FREE (excl. half board)
- Children up to age 12 in parents’ room receive a 50 % to 100 % discount depending on season (with two full-paying adults)
- Children’s half board per day: € 7 - 10 per child
- Group reservations – prices by agreement
- Some mountain bikes are available to borrow free of charge
- Animals are not permitted!
- By making your booking you indicate acceptance of Austrian Hotel Guidelines which are available for you to consult at the Hotel Association’s website
- Methods of Payment: € in cash, EC-Card, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DINERS.

- In order to confirm your reservation we request a deposit amounting.
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival there is no cancellation penalty. Subsequent to this time, cancellation conditions as per Austrian Hotel Guidelines will apply: less than 3 months prior to arrival 40 %, less than 1 month prior to arrival 70 %, less than 1 week prior to arrival 90 % of the package price. In order to avoid unnecessary expenses, we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance. Simply calculate the amount of your premium and purchase through "Europäische Reiseversicherung"
